Momo Kawanagare, the Student Council President, gives Tenchi a tour of the school. The council’s Vice President, Treasurer and Auditor Hana Saryu, Touri Fueyama, and Hachiko. The latter three strip, tie, and gag Tenchi and take out torture devices in an effort to “question” him.
